Olaszrizling

Fruity & full white
DESCRIPTION
Made from the most popular Hungarian white grape, Olaszrizling (NOT related to Rhine Riesling from the Mosel and Alsace). The Pinka river runs along the Austrian and Hungarian border at the foot of the Eisenberg. Aromatic white wine with mainly ripe peach and white blossom on the nose. The palate is full and soft with playful freshness and a light salty touch in the finish.
WINE & DISH
A nice aperitif together with snacks, also a very tasty combination with asparagus, hop shoots, leek dishes but also poultry and warm fish dishes in creamy sauce.
