Dreams of a sustainable world away from industrialisation and more connection with nature.
After his master's in European law, Imre travelled through South Africa for a year to discover its wine regions. He met the inspiring new generation of winemakers (members of the Swartland Revolution) who dare to step off the beaten path.
With these life lessons, he returned to his home region of Burgenland where he worked in a boutique winery, learning to trust his taste and intuition instead of lab results. Meeting Ellie in 2015 created the accelerator to begin a journey that led to making wines under their own label.
Wine has a history of thousands of years, which makes it so strongly connected to our daily lives; it is one of the foundations of how we nourish ourselves, and it also plays an important role in our culture.
Work in the vineyard requires the presence of people, rather than heavy machinery and chemicals.
The basis of every good wine is healthy, high-quality, hand-picked, organically grown grapes.Wines with a strong identity can only arise by allowing the vinification to follow its natural course.

Dining; a concept that is more than just eating together, it is respect for the product, craftsmanship, and each other.
With a love for cooking, she went to culinary school at the age of 12, graduating six years later. After a year specialising in wines, she was well and truly bitten by the wine bug and started working in a local wine shop at the age of 21. She also continued her studies as a subject teacher, Sommelier Conseil, and obtained the WSET Level 4 Diploma.
Creating our own wines is the ultimate pleasure, the connection with nature, and the age-old craft that you prepare for a year leading up to the harvest moment.
We create while preserving traditions and sustainably for future generations. We find it important to teach our children knowledge and respect for food and nature. Healthy eating is the foundation of everything.
